I would like more information about Sunrise Greetings product lines,
and/or would like to carry Sunrise Greetings products in my store.
Who should I contact?

 

Call our toll-free number, 800-457-4045, and ask to speak to a Sales Representative. Alternatively you can fill out our online retailer request form to have a Sales Representative contact you.

 

New retailers may wish to expedite the credit approval process by filling out a Sunrise Credit Application.

 

I'm a current Sunrise retailer and need to order more cards. How do I do that?

 

Retailers on the BRAVO inventory management system have three ways to place orders: 1) Call in your order to your Sunrise Representative at 800-457-4045, 2) fax a completed BRAVO Reorder Form to 866-278-0286, or 3) mail reorder tickets from the pockets you wish to refill to the address in the Contact section of this web site.

 

Retailers not on BRAVO have two ways to order: 1) Call in your order to your Sunrise Representative at 800-457-4045, or 2) fax a completed PACE Reorder Form to 866-278-0286.

 

Your Sunrise Representative can give you more detailed ordering procedures, or you may view and/or download our Retail Merchandising Partnership Guide that outlines recommended ordering procedures for all accounts.

 

How do I access your online catalogs?

 

To access our online catalogs contact your Sunrise Sales Representative or call 800-457-4045 to obtain a username and password. The catalogs can be viewed at this link.

 

What are your service hours?

 

Phone service hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time,
excluding holidays.

 

There's a problem with my order. Who can I contact?

Do you sell to retailers outside the United States?

 

Currently Sunrise Greetings sells only to retailers within the United States and Canada.

 

What is BRAVO?

 

BRAVO is the Sunrise Greetings inventory management system. Retailers on BRAVO don't need to select cards from a catalog; using the BRAVO system, Sunrise determines and ships the best-selling cards available. Its focus is to ensure that more best-selling cards are placed in each pocket of each display, and to provide the easiest and most profitable method of selling Sunrise cards. The BRAVO system includes class-of-trade templates to provide the best caption mix for different retail channels, such as florists, pharmacies, card and gift stores, etc. Your Sunrise representative can give you additional details or enroll you in the BRAVO program.

 

 

CONSUMERS


Where can I buy Sunrise products?

 

Sunrise products are available in a variety of stores throughout the United States and Canada including Barnes & Noble, Hastings, Wegmans, and many independent card and gift shops.

 

Can I buy Sunrise products directly from you?

 

Sunrise Greetings sells its products only through wholesale channels, and does not sell directly to the public. We do not have products available for purchase online.

 

I'd like to find a specific Sunrise card.
Can I buy it directly from you, or can you tell me where to find it?

 

Sunrise Greetings sells only through wholesale channels, and does not sell directly to consumers. Furthermore, because card selections and inventory levels fluctuate in retail stores, we are unable to direct consumers to stores that carry specific cards. If you're interested in obtaining a specific card it's recommended that you talk to the card buyer or manager of your local Sunrise Greetings retailer to see if they can order the card for you. Alternatively, some retailers and artists (e.g. Mary Engelbreit) have web sites from which they sell Sunrise cards.

 

I'm interested in a job with Sunrise. What openings do you have?

ARTISTS AND WRITERS


I'd like to send some artwork or writing samples to Sunrise
for possible use on cards or other products. How do I do that?

 

Because our creative needs are being met internally, Sunrise Greetings does not accept unsolicited freelance submissions of art or editorial. Any unsolicited material received is returned without review.

 

 

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICIES


What does Sunrise Greetings do to help the environment?

 

At Sunrise Greetings, environmental responsibility is not a new endeavor. For many years Sunrise has had practices in place that minimize the company's impact on the environment. Standard procedures in the Sunrise pressroom and offices include reusing materials to reduce waste, recycling paper, and responsibly disposing of materials that can't be reused or recycled.
