Terms of SaleAll orders are subject to approval at the Sunrise Publications, Inc. (Sunrise) main office in Bloomington, Indiana. New or inactive accounts please include a signed, completed Sunrise credit application with first order. Shipment cannot be made until credit verification is complete, C.O.D. available. Shipping F.O.B. Bloomington for United States orders, F.O.B port of entry for Canadian orders. Claims for loss, damage, or misshipment must be made within 10 days of delivery. A 1.5% per month service charge will be applied to all overdue accounts. Customers with a past due balance may have orders placed on credit hold until the account is brought current. In the event it becomes necessary to employ an outside service to collect the obligation, the customer agrees to pay any and all costs associated with such a service. Availability of product is subject to change. Sunrise reserves the right to substitute an alternate best-selling design or a new format if product ordered is out of stock or discontinued. By participating in the BRAVO ordering system, accounts are agreeing to retain an open to buy status for Sunrise greeting cards. Prices are subject to change without notice. These terms and conditions apply to all initial orders, revisions, expansions, reductions, reorders, and seasonal orders. All prices shown reflect applicable U.S. or Canadian pricing.
Exchange and Return PolicyAll returns are subject to acceptance by Sunrise in accordance with our current Terms of Sale. Any other exchange or return of product outside the exchange option for Everyday Product and/or Seasonal Counter Cards is subject to the sales representative’s discretion and requires completion of a signed Product Credit Form. Merchandise returned to Sunrise without prior authorization will be REFUSED. |
